Agreement to Terms

By requesting a ride or quote from Ride Eshbara Transportation, operated by Eshbara LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Area

Ride Eshbara Transportation currently accepts pickups within the San Diego area and provides luxury transportation to destinations throughout Southern California, subject to availability and quote approval.

• Pickups are available within the San Diego area only.
• We provide drop-offs to destinations throughout Southern California.
• Long-distance trips are welcome.
• Every trip is reviewed and approved before confirmation.

Quotes and Pricing

• Prices shown during booking are estimates only and are not final.
• A final quote is provided by our team after we review your trip details.
• Final pricing may vary based on mileage, waiting time, tolls, airport fees, special requests, traffic, and availability.
• A quote becomes valid once approved and may expire if not confirmed within the stated window.

Reservations and Payment

No payment is required at the time of request. Once your quote is approved, we send a secure payment link processed by Square. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received as specified in your quote.

SMS Messaging & Mobile Communications

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Ride Eshbara Transportation related to ride bookings, confirmations, driver arrival notifications, trip updates, and customer support.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for punctual and reliable service, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, or flight changes.
